Hi Guys, we have recently made some changes to...
what if I owe you money?
Talk to us. If in the past you didn't attend and didn't cancel in time then yes; you will owe the branch money as it is lost revenue and an empty seat on the coach. But we would be able to accept a payment to bring your balance back to 0 and then be happy to take further bookings for matchday travel.
Where do I catch the coach from?
This depends on where you live, the coach runs a pickup service from the following towns for weekday matches:
For matches played on a Saturday and Sunday:
How do I book a seat on the coach?
We only take bookings no further than a month in advance (so you cant book for the entire season in advance).
You can pay on the coach on the day (no cheques), the amount would be understood by both parties before you get on the coach as you will receive a total at confirmation of seat booking. You can book for multiple people as longs as it is understood that you are financially responsible for them.
What happens if i can't make the game?
We require at least 48 hours notice to remove you from the matchday travel register, failure to do this could result in you still being charged for the booking.
Can I book Seats For Other People?
Yes you can, but by booking on behalf of somebody else you are financially responsible for that person and are subjected to the terms of booking and cancellation
Can I bring food and drink on the Coach?
Yes, all food must be kept in sealable packets/lunchboxes.
Any hot food brought on must be disposed of via a sealable packet/bag/box.
The consumption of alcohol on the coach is forbidden. Members and non-members alike will face a season long ban if found to be consuming alcohol on the coach both to and from all Manchester United fixtures.
Can I join the branch on my first trip?
Yes you can apply and pay for full membership up till the 31st October but your membership wont be processed at that point so you will not be eligle for cheaper travel until your next trip
How do I apply for a branch membership?
to sign up for a full branch membership just click on this link. this will take you to sign up page, select Branch Membership and then fill in the details below it. You will then be redirected to PayPal where you can pay for your membership, you do not need to have a PayPal account to make payments to us. Once we receive your application and payment, we will dispatch the relevant documentation to you.
How do I Pay?
we now accept payments through PayPal. But don't worry, you dont need a PayPal account to pay us (just a credit/debit card)
How do I register my kids?
If you want to register for Family Membership please email firstname.lastname@example.org. basically you can register your children under your application for £5 each person providing they are under 17. But we handle the applications away from the website at this time
what are the benefits to being an official member?
The quick answer is... several. For starters, (based on an adult) the fee for matchday travel to non members is £28 which is still good and a lot cheaper than the trains. Official branch members would pay £18 which is a saving per game of £10. A season saving on league games alone would be £190.
Official Branch Members also have access to the 2 branch season tickets for all United home games in league and cup competition. These are not offered at any time to non-members.
You would also gain access to branch updates/invitations should we partake in any events/excursions away from United Matchdays. You will also be able to have access to the Branch A.G.M where you can take part in the democratic process of the every day running of the branch.

What if I wanted to make a complaint and/or talk in private?
You can talk to the Branch Secretary (Richard Price) in complete confidence and secrecy should you wish to make a complaint about the branch, coach, or individual members of the branch and non-members alike. If there are reasons for a complaint to be made we need to know about it and help you settle the issue. We take all complaints seriously, we also take suggestions for improvements seriously and discuss them in committee meetings.
You can talk to any of the committee members should you not wish to talk to the Richard for any reason. Details of all committee members can be found in the site
